Saturday & Sunday Rotisserie Chicken

Our Festival season is not happening ! So I figure we better keep Margaux (our rotisserie's name - long story !) rolling and see who wants a fantastic Nidderdale Poultry chicken and garlic & herb potatoes for Sunday lunch.

Nidderdale poultry are based at Brimham Rocks so couldn't be closer. #shoplocal 

These are not the 1kg scrawny birds you get in the supermarkets that are dry and shrivelled, these are super fresh, local and really juicy.
